So my Kia got towed over-week now due to engine problems to a 2019 with 58,054 miles. I had to pay out of pocket for the first rental and I had to keep doing the follow ups regarding the updates . I have five children, so it’s hard out here to continue to pay for a rental and still paying a car note. I was told had to get the kia forte. How do I fit my children with two car seats in this car? If I get pulled over get a ticket who is responsible for paying ?Thus would be called putting children in endangerment . I came on here to start looking at reviews and see that they paid up front for the lady rental when I asked that I was told it will be reimbursed and call corporate, they said it could take up to 4 to 6 weeks. But some dealers have partnerships they run privately. I cannot afford to pay 1700 or more when I have a family and other bill’s monthly. I didn’t ask for this but I see a lot of people having the same issues with Kia. I was really surprised by customer service!!! This has been so stressful on me and my family !!! More

The parts department will. Or call you if you prepay and order parts when they come in, the service department will run you through the ringer on any customer pay service that you may or may not need, and if you need a warranty issue taken care of, they probably won’t do it unless you wait 3-4 months to get into the service department with an appointment. You need a loaner vehicle?, to bad, they won’t give you one. You want good customer service?, to bad they don’t offer it. Their whole dealership is based off of the “wow” (women of world)Kia experience. That too is nothing but a joke as it’s merely a bunch of Middle Aged women on power trips that have spent way too much time in the tanning bed and drinking pumpkin spice lattes.
