My name is Sharon and I not please with my service at all. I went to this dealership for the 1st and received scratches on my van while being serviced and requested the camera be check over 4 times. I never received any information or a response to my request. I believe I must contact the insurance company to get a result. I also paid for a review on a leak that I was experiencing last week, I was overcharged requested the adjustment immediately and now everything that I paid for which is over $800.00 I still have the leak in the same area. I am trusting nothing right now. I have to take my vehicle back Friday morning 12/15/23. I should not be charged for anything. I paid for all of this and some. My driveway continues to be damaged, I have to take time to drive back to the dealership and adjust my life to have these corrections made because my grandkids and I are not safe right now. I am truly upset. More

I needed service on my 2015 Kia Optima LX for an engine fail and wrote a message online on a Sunday. SCOTT got back to me right away on Sunday and communicated with their Service team. He listened to my concerns, gave me timely updates and arranged a rental for me paid by KIA while my car is being fixed. Great teamwork and very friendly and professional! So my Kia got towed over-week now due to engine problems to a 2019 with 58,054 miles. I had to pay out of pocket for the first rental and I had to keep doing the follow ups regarding the updates . I have five children, so it’s hard out here to continue to pay for a rental and still paying a car note. I was told had to get the kia forte. How do I fit my children with two car seats in this car? If I get pulled over get a ticket who is responsible for paying ?Thus would be called putting children in endangerment . I came on here to start looking at reviews and see that they paid up front for the lady rental when I asked that I was told it will be reimbursed and call corporate, they said it could take up to 4 to 6 weeks. But some dealers have partnerships they run privately. I cannot afford to pay 1700 or more when I have a family and other bill’s monthly. I didn’t ask for this but I see a lot of people having the same issues with Kia. I was really surprised by customer service!!! This has been so stressful on me and my family !!! More
