Heres an honest review, I took the bait and came in to 'get a lower APR' on my previous purchase from this dealer. Wasnt expecting much and frankly wasnt shocked to find that a dpayment was requested if 'get a lower APR' on my previous purchase from this dealer. Wasnt expecting much and frankly wasnt shocked to find that a dpayment was requested if I were to refinance. But to my shock, I got a 2021 upgrade for no dpayment. I was very patiently, competently and confidently guided through it all by Sara Hughes. Big ups to Sarah and Camille for handling this so smoothly. I'm not a fan of the car buying experience but have been 2 for 2 in good vibes from World Kia Joliet. More
