Bought my new forte last July. This week my computer system started malfunctioning. Took it to world kia on Wednesday. It's a 2021 so it's under warranty. I asked about a loaner ca This week my computer system started malfunctioning. Took it to world kia on Wednesday. It's a 2021 so it's under warranty. I asked about a loaner car and was told there aren't any available due to back log due to engine issues. Then was instructed to rent a car out of my pocket and then I can submit the invoice after I get my car back. Then was told by Gregg the service manager not to expect my car anytime soon. I'm a single mom that has 2 jobs and can't afford a rental or if my own pocket and had to miss work for 2 days now. If you want to feel like your dealership had your back then this isn't the place to go for a car. More
