Just bought the kia k5 2022 on April 10 2022 And went to open the passenger side door and the handle broke and cracked on Friday the 22 when I was getting in the car to go to the hospital and my mom drove m open the passenger side door and the handle broke and cracked on Friday the 22 when I was getting in the car to go to the hospital and my mom drove me after I got out of the hospital finding out that I had two fractured ribs there was no why I had enough power to brake it I took it in and wanted them to fix it cause it should be covered under warranty but the guy Kevin form service or handles the warranty said that I broke it from miss use and there where two girls there that said now why that I could have broken it with two fractured ribs and it would take a lot more power to brake the handle and I was told I would get a call back and did not I had to call them so all said and done I would Strongly recommend not taking your Kia there for any warranty issues or Defective Manufactured parts because you might end up like me and having to pay out of your pocket witch is wrong More
