Bought my new forte last July. This week my computer system started malfunctioning. Took it to world kia on Wednesday. It's a 2021 so it's under warranty. I asked about a loaner car and was told there aren't any available due to back log due to engine issues. Then was instructed to rent a car out of my pocket and then I can submit the invoice after I get my car back. Then was told by Gregg the service manager not to expect my car anytime soon. I'm a single mom that has 2 jobs and can't afford a rental or if my own pocket and had to miss work for 2 days now. If you want to feel like your dealership had your back then this isn't the place to go for a car. More

We were coming from a trip and a sensor showed we were loosing air in one of the tires. Stop at the dealer because I thought it was better than the tire shop. Took them more than an hour to tell me that t loosing air in one of the tires. Stop at the dealer because I thought it was better than the tire shop. Took them more than an hour to tell me that they check the tire and nothing was wrong with it. They were going to wash it and then give it back. We went on the road and on the way home the sensor showed up again. We had to stop at the tire shop. There was a big screw on that tire. Next time I'll stop with the experts and then take it to the dealer to get it washed. More
