Let's just say coming in skeptical. And definitely knowing what we were willing take and not settle. I would have to say my husband and I experience was amazing. Travionte Gooch was patient and very detailed in explaining everything to us. Even when I seemed a little frustrated he was patient with me and my husband. Her is definitely a personable person. Very friendly and mannerable. We have always purchased our cars from here. Yes we had on bad experience about 4 years ago. But I would recommend World Kia to everybody. And if you need to pick anyone to work with....I recommend Travinote Gooch. He gets a 10 out of 10. More

I was in earlier today and originally wrote a 5 star review, however after getting home and actually going through my paperwork and looking at the car I am a bit upset. Rudy told me my payments would review, however after getting home and actually going through my paperwork and looking at the car I am a bit upset. Rudy told me my payments would be $50 less than what they are, the vehicle itself was given to me with NO GAS, not detailed and missing a few things such all the car mats. There is substantial damage to the bumper never reported and when I ask led Rudy regarding the last oil change, tires and brakes he told me it would all be in my paperwork- which it was not. Also how I realized the payment promised was not the payment I now I have to pay. I also do not know who my loan is through. More
It is ridiculous the fact that this dealerships wants 30-50% more for new cars. This is unfortunately, because this was the first time that I wanted to try a Kia but after hearing the sales rep saying th 30-50% more for new cars. This is unfortunately, because this was the first time that I wanted to try a Kia but after hearing the sales rep saying that from $32,900, the final price was going to be $39,900 because of their si call “mark up price”. This embarrassing because only Kia dealerships are charging more than the MSRP listed on the window sticker. This was my worst experience ever but good luck if you are willing to pay between 30-50% more for your new Kia. More
