It is ridiculous the fact that this dealerships wants 30-50% more for new cars. This is unfortunately, because this was the first time that I wanted to try a Kia but after hearing the sales rep saying th 30-50% more for new cars. This is unfortunately, because this was the first time that I wanted to try a Kia but after hearing the sales rep saying that from $32,900, the final price was going to be $39,900 because of their si call “mark up price”. This embarrassing because only Kia dealerships are charging more than the MSRP listed on the window sticker. This was my worst experience ever but good luck if you are willing to pay between 30-50% more for your new Kia. More
So i usually have VERY godo service for myself at world Kia in Joliet. But I will no longer recommend or go there. I dropped my car off for an oil change at my appointment time 4pm, and I got a call at 5:4 Kia in Joliet. But I will no longer recommend or go there. I dropped my car off for an oil change at my appointment time 4pm, and I got a call at 5:41pm that it was ready, the service department closes at 6 so they said they left the keys at the cashiers which is a normal thing. Well I get there the cashier doesn’t have my keys nor the paperwork even though it was free. They won’t release MY car to me because someone failed to fill out the invoice. They told me I’d need to get a ride back tomorrow at 7am to pick it up. So 10/10 don’t recommend no longer . More

This dealership is the worse Been I've been trying to get My gap refund process started since 5/5/2022 only to end up being ignored (as far as returned phone calls text messages i.e...are concerned)and g get My gap refund process started since 5/5/2022 only to end up being ignored (as far as returned phone calls text messages i.e...are concerned)and given incorrect information regarding My refund if your considering buying a car from World Kia Joliet DONT!!! The dealership would not divulge the company name for My Refund it was like pulling teeth to finally get that information and once I attained it I was told no refund was initiated and that my information was deleted, and previously I was given the spiel that the refund process had begun and to allow 6 to 10 weeks turnaround which is utterly ridiculous to Me. And if I hadn't called the Entity that held My Gap insurance I would've been waiting until the cows came home for a refund. So if I can spare anyone else the frustration I had to endure while Dealing with World Kia Joliet regarding My Gap refund request I hope this review can help anyone to go some where else for a New Vehicle go anywhere Except World Kia Joliet. And by the way thanks Gianna & Robert for rendering the worlds worst customer Service... Signed A Customer that got the run around Royalty. More
