On this most recent experience with a recommended vehicle service, I was beyond pleased with my service advisor, Sara! Choosing a Ford for my new vehicle purchase was based entirely on my knowledge of Ford’s service department (after a horrendous service experience with a previous Chrysler product) and I am grateful that people like Sara Reilly reinforce that decision as being the right one. I dropped off my vehicle at 11:30AM for a quick service oil change and tire rotation. I was extremely clear I needed my vehicle to be completed by 3:30PM at the latest to get my child from daycare. At 2:30 oil change and tire rotation. I was extremely clear I needed my vehicle to be completed by 3:30PM at the latest to get my child from daycare. At 2:30, I realized I hadn’t gotten the text I normally do so I followed up with the advisor, who just then realized they hadn’t even started my vehicle. To add insult to injury, they were supposed to do a 5-tire rotation on my Bronco, which I was very clear about several times during the initial work up. After they finally finished my vehicle after 4:30, I confirmed verbally that they did do it which I was told “yes for sure.” Unfortunately it was extremely obvious when I approached my vehicle my spare tire was still brand new. When I walked back in to inform them, the service manager did confirm the 5 tire rotation in fact did NOT happen and she attempted to blame it on me saying I needed to be clear that’s what I wanted, but I was adamant and mentioned it several times, and my advisor also showed her where he put it in the notes.
