I took my 2025 Explorer ST in for Service for the first time and had a great experience. The Service Rep, Judith, was great. I can only speak of the service department of this dealership. The sales department might be good. However, I needed an oil change and due to receiving a coupon. I chose to use their service departmen dealership. The sales department might be good. However, I needed an oil change and due to receiving a coupon. I chose to use their service department. I also was opted to use their valet to come pick up my vehicle and drop it back off after seven hours. I am still waiting on my car. Had I known it was going to take all day to get my car back, I definitely would have not used their service in this manner. Next time, I will choose a local oil change facility where I can be in and out in 30 minutes. More
