World Ford Yelp Review I I purchased a used RAM 2500 in Dec 2024. At first, The salesperson, Rogeke Bernard was nice and even asked "What can I do to make this sale?" The truck had a very low tire. I to in Dec 2024. At first, The salesperson, Rogeke Bernard was nice and even asked "What can I do to make this sale?" The truck had a very low tire. I told him put new tires and a Gooseneck hitch on it. He told me he could "work" the tires and get the dealer to pay half the hitch. This never happened. In fact, later He told me to take it to a gas station after I purchase it and fill the tire. I complained to the finance manager, and he had Rogeke take it to a gas station himself. I was told it had no warranty, so I purchased a Fidelity warranty for over $4,000. They also sold me a service plan for over $2,000 and told me they do the service at their service shop. I also purchased GAP. I went ahead and bought it without the tire and hitch promises fulfilled. The next day the tire was flat. I inflated it and had it fixed. That week it was running very rough and the eng. light came on, so I took it back to the dealer and asked them to check it and do services. At first, they took it in, but then Rogeke came to me and said they were not going to do services because it was a Dodge. I told him I had a service contract that said they do it there. He refused and the conversation became heated. He then "threw" the keys on the table and said "xxxx you" they were not going to service it and I would have to take it to a Dodge dealer. I took it to the dodge dealer in Crestview. There were 3 recalls and several codes on the truck. They did not recognize the service plan I had purchased from Ford. I ended up paying over $400 for the service. After 10 months Dodge finally found out the engine and transmition were bad. Fidelity would not pay for the repairs at a local shop because the factory warranty was still good. Finally, I took it to Dodge in Milton and after 3 months they replaced the engine and trans. I canceled the Fidelity warranty which was also a nightmare. Still haven't seen the money for that and it has not been loaded against my loan. Fidelity told me they sent it to the dealer and they send it to the bank. it still hasn't hit. Where is my money FORD?! I went to the ford dealer and asked them to cancel the service and GAP because they didn't honor it and they told me I must go online to do that, but I can't find it there. These people are absolute crooks. CANCEL MY SERVICE CONTRACT FORD, AND GIVE ME MY MONEY FOR THE WARENTY CANCELATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Very disapointed when I arrived. First person (Rep #1) told me he couldn't help because a replacement tire would probably arrive the next day, and since he was off of work the next d First person (Rep #1) told me he couldn't help because a replacement tire would probably arrive the next day, and since he was off of work the next day, he suggested I try another rep in the shop to help me. Totally blew me off! Rep #2 I approached - He said he was busy and would try to help later when he was done his other work. Rep #3 (Sara Reilly) saw me standing and frustrated and ASKED ME if she could help. She went above and beyond finding a replacement tire across the street, managed the tire warranty over the phone, had it installed and I was off and gone in a little over 2 hours. Exceptional work by Sara! More
