The people I worked with were great. The price for a simple 15000 mile service was ridiculous for a vehicle that I had to bring in for TWO recalls. They had my Edge for almost a month, and I only saw progress on having them look at it when I showed up in person to speak with the service rep 2+ weeks in. Their first diagnoses for my transmission pr progress on having them look at it when I showed up in person to speak with the service rep 2+ weeks in. Their first diagnoses for my transmission problem was out of balance tires, and after fixing that, decided that it was indeed the transmission after all. Tried to charge me double the quoted price for the balancing until I called them on it. Very disappointed with the entire process. More
They had my Ford Maverick for a total of seven days, telling me first it wasn't a battery problem and charging me $255.00. Then I had to have it towed to World Ford because battery was dead again TWO da telling me first it wasn't a battery problem and charging me $255.00. Then I had to have it towed to World Ford because battery was dead again TWO days later. They kept the truck for a week. Guess what. It was a battery problem and charged me another $278.00 More
