Compliments and Complaints Compliments: Brandon Roberts is still my #1 GO-TO for guidance at 1 Ford. Brian Fetterling has moved up to become my preferred Service Advisor. Christopher, Tristan Roberts is still my #1 GO-TO for guidance at 1 Ford. Brian Fetterling has moved up to become my preferred Service Advisor. Christopher, Tristan, and Montana McDonald are the most recent 1 Ford employees in your Service Department that garnered my appreciation yesterday. Christopher and your newest 1 Ford Trainee, Tristan met me upon arrival for my scheduled service appointment. What I particularly enjoyed about Christopher and Tristan both was their positive attitudes, friendly demeanors, and our humorous banter as they checked me in for service and laid out all the word-salad disclaimers, expectations, and your required list of inclusive explanations that convert a simple oil change into legalized multipage smallprint contract. In simple terms, Christopher is to be commended as the trainer on hand, while I thoroughly enjoyed a rather entertaining exchange with Tristan as they gathered needed information and processed my truck for service. This turned out to be an oil change with a bit of comic relief, and I sincerely appreciate the mix of humor and professionalism. Next on my list to be complimented is Montana McDonald. As Christopher and Tristan left for lunch, Montana stepped up to guide me through and process payment as service was completed. Thorough, attentive, and impressively professional, Montana earned high praise for being what I consider an exemplary Service Advisor. Complaint: One of these days, maybe sooner than later, I'll seriously question why a simple and well advertised $59.99 oil change scheduled online always ends up costing me between $90 and $130. AND I'm still stinging from a damnable charge of $124 for Ford lugnuts a year or so ago. I'm thinking that my customer loyalty after 12 years with World Ford may be better spent elsewhere. No major newsworthy complaints, but a commitment of loyalty only serving one side isn't a sensible arrangement. A new F-150 is definitely in my future, but the dealer I choose is now a question. More

Ellen was fantastic, she helped me with everything I needed to get looked at with my truck. She was nice and very helpful. She gave me all the updates as the truck was getting worked on and that was ver needed to get looked at with my truck. She was nice and very helpful.
