I was cheerily told I could anticipate a one hour wait in the waiting room. Five hours later I was told my ford transit was green and ready for the road. My elderly dogs waiting at home came first, it took another trip back and a AI search "what could noise and fumes be after a service visit" to open my own hood at World Ford Pensacola to say my airhose to the disassembled air filther is detached! Why am I finding this and what else has been missed. So a mechanic either had a bad day, was focused on lunch or had a personal issue but beyond a reattached and assembled hose, I was offered not compensation for a 1 hour to then from and the gas it took. You asked what happened, it was no picnic. I have found the bare minimum and this is it. More

The service department does a great job communicating status updates while waiting in the customer lounge.
