I was in Pensacola, FL on business, stopped at a stop at a stop light, the light turns green and truck wouldn’t move. Luckily a Good Samaritan stopped and offered to pull me off the road and later back to m a stop light, the light turns green and truck wouldn’t move. Luckily a Good Samaritan stopped and offered to pull me off the road and later back to my house. In the morning I called a tow truck and had my truck towed to Group 1 Ford. It took a couple days to get a diagnoses, but they found the problem and called me immediately to tell me what they found, everything was under warranty, they got me a loaner car while I waited for my truck towed be repaired. They got a list of parts that were needed and had my truck back to me about three (3) weeks later. Sarah kept in contact with me the entire time about the progress being made. I would definitely return to Grooup 1Ford again for any future repairs. More
