This service department is very mismanaged. I purchased my 2024 Mustang at this dealership. The buying experience was fine. The second time that I took my car in for an oil change I waited ov I purchased my 2024 Mustang at this dealership. The buying experience was fine. The second time that I took my car in for an oil change I waited over 4 hours at the dealership. I had made an appointment and I had to wait over 4 hours! I was told that the oil change department was backed due to all of the vehicles that were brought in that morning. I had an appointment, no matter who dropped their car off that morning, I should not have been waiting behind the people who didn't have appointments. Fast forward to my next appointment. I had a recall from Ford and it was time for an oil change too. I scheduled both of those and told the service tech that I would use the night drop, as I didn't want to deal with rush hour traffic (I live 35 miles from the dealership). It was the weekend, so I knew that nobody would be there, but I was not told that the dealership gates would all be closed and locked, giving me no place to leave my car. Long story short, my wife and I wasted 2 hours of our time each and 70 miles each worth of gas for nothing! I have had it with these people. I will find somewhere else to take care of my recall and go to a quick lube for oil changes. More

Group 1 Ford is always so friendly and helpful. I can drop my car off and then get text updates. They make approving services easy via text as well.
