This service center is a joke. Imagine…a Ford service center being unable to service a Ford! Took car in for service. Was told the issue was being caused by broken equipment. Services recommended were approved When picking up the vehicle was told that techs broke welding and they weren’t going to be able to fix. Paid for services and left with a car they damaged but wouldn’t repair, only to pull out of the lot and have the same issue I just paid thousands to have repaired. Took vehicle back and was told original service repair was “fine” and vehicle now has a laundry list of issues that are causing said problem that were not mentioned or listed as issues at first visit. This place is a joke, from service techs to management and is poor representation for Ford brand. I don’t recommend the service center so I definitely wouldn’t recommend the dealer as the service center won’t be able to fix the vehicle they sold you! Avoid and buy and service elsewhere!! More
