Took our truck in for an oil change. Julian went over the vehicle to check was all was needed and made recommendations for the mileage on the vehicle. AWFUL. Don't believe what they tell you. DON'T. It won't be true. Sales department told us they would get us another key and a manual for the car. This was BEFORE the sale.
