I took my vehicle in for a recall that was supposed to take less than half of a day. They needed 3 1/2 days at least. I live over an hour from Woolwine so I asked about a loaner vehicle since they needed take less than half of a day. They needed 3 1/2 days at least. After 16 thousand miles, my new motor goes bad and Ford will not warranty it, stating that a new motor only gets a 12k or 12mo warranty. This is terrible customer service.
