Woolwine took my 2021 Lincoln Nautilus in to repair. They provided us a car to use during the process. Very thorough in determining the problem which was the torque converter. We were covered by 100,000 They provided us a car to use during the process. Very thorough in determining the problem which was the torque converter. We were covered by 100,000 mile warranty. After confirming with the company that it was covered by warranty the part was ordered and installed. They called us and we picked it up. The cost to us was $100.00. The whole process was handled smoothly and the service dept was very courteous and professional. We are very pleased with everything from start to finish. More
