Does not value customer loyalty or satisfaction. Brought vehicle in 3 separate times and told them transmission was slipping and jerking. Repeatedly said nothing was wrong. "Nothing wrong" landed me on the side of the interstate 200 miles from home. After an expensive tow back to the dealership, I asked for a loaner car since I had been buying from them for over 25 years. Lady said should have one in 2-3 days. 4 weeks later they call and say truck is ready 🤨 More

They kept my truck for 6 weeks to do a repair. Called me saying they had it ready. I went to get it and it had an engine light on. They cleared the codes and I left.
