After 16 thousand miles, my new motor goes bad and Ford will not warranty it, stating that a new motor only gets a 12k or 12mo warranty. This is terrible customer service. Advisor Jared (Jerry) Shows was extremely professional and kept us informed about our F150 truck. We were traveling home from Texas when we encountered an issue with our truck.
