Great Truck ... Poor Service! I just purchased a 2019 Nissan Titan XD. I love this truck, but my experience with Woodmen Nissan was a nightmare...Buyer Beware!! Be on your toes of I just purchased a 2019 Nissan Titan XD. I love this truck, but my experience with Woodmen Nissan was a nightmare...Buyer Beware!! Be on your toes of you are going to this dealership!! After signing for a specified monthly payment, the dealership contacted me to say the bank had not accepted their terms (fair enough, but not my issue, as I had already signed the purchase paperwork). Actually they said nothing to me until I got to the dealership!! They completely blindsided me...I was unprepared for this conversation and they took advantage of that!) When they finally told me about the situation, they shoved some paperwork in front of me (buyer beware!!) that had almost $100/month higher payment. At this point, I said "No." Jesse Traynor proceeded to tell me that I was missing the bigger picture...he had gotten me twelve less payments. Too bad my payments were now too much for me!! He tried to make me feel stupid for not seeing his perspective. He was insulting, rude, and certainly not an honorable business man. I left a message for the general manager, Brock Wilson. Then, I email him. Then, I called corporate (who have been awesome to deal with). Then Mr. Wilson calls me with the same attitude as Jesse Traynor. This is why I've taken the time to leave this review...If the GM has this attitude, my experience must not be an isolated incident, and this GM is ruining the good reputation of Nissan. My experience with the salesman, Conon Hutchison, was stellar and not representative of my overall poor experience at Woodmen Nissan. More

Unethical Told them i had a cylinder misfire code. Which i had already diagnosed myself since i have access to a scanning tool. They went from possible needed repairs being coil replacement to injector failure, to headgasket to timing chain issue. To engine replacement. When i didn't bite on their lies. They charged me 350.00. Brought vehicle back home. Change ignition coil myself which costs 125.00. We haven't had any problems with the vehicle and has been driven 1500 miles since it was there. What a joke they are. I wouldn't take them my wheelbarrow to repair. Save yourself some trouble go somewhere else More
