Woodmen Nissan, Incredible Staff, Fair and Caring Atmosphere This was an incredible experience for me. I was a little intimidated thinking about going to purchase a car. I am a 67 year old widow. By the time I left with my slightly used, new to me car, I was so pleased and happy. I was treated with respect, compassion, and felt like I had gained not only a wonderful car, but had made a friend. Treated with respect, really listened My mother in law and I came in to both test drive some vehicles. We had a good idea of what we were looking for but Lance exceeded our expectations. H My mother in law and I came in to both test drive some vehicles. We had a good idea of what we were looking for but Lance exceeded our expectations. He started by writing down our specifications for the size, price and features we wanted. We didn't waste our time looking at vehicles outside of what we were looking for. We felt respected and listened to through the whole experience. Everyone was kind and patient with us through all of our questions, and Lance even introduced us to the service manager so we would know what to do for oil changes, etc. The entire experience at Woodmen Nissan was great! More
