It is always our intent to try to do our best for every customer so they can hopefully find a vehicle they’ll love and want to take home. A purchase experience should surpass expectations. Unfortunately it sounds like we didn’t look over the vehicle better before it was delivered to you. Without knowing all the details, it might be possible that the navigation needs an update and if that is the case, Cadillac would have to do that since this wasn’t a Nissan vehicle. Regardless if you bought the vehicle in person or remotely, you should still get stellar treatment. So we are sorry this wasn’t a better experience. Your review does mention Harvey and it’s worth noting that Harvey works in the parts department, so he would not have been involved in this purchase experience. The touch screen doesn’t work making navigation impossible to use. Also other features such as changing the direction of the air. If it had been checked properly don’t you think this would’ve been caught if a full inspection of the car had been performed? We’re fully aware that they will do nothing to make this right. Either way the car is still nice.

It’s funny to me that you’ve responded to both my Google review & now this same one saying that this is the first you’ve heard of this instance, when i’ve called the dealership & spoken with two managers now & left a voicemail to another higher up to get back to me... last week. I did speak with Mike on the phone, as he was the one who told me to basically kick rocks as i bought a used car from you guys & it wasn’t anything you guys would do because my $3800 warranty only covers powertrain as i was told “bumper to bumper” when deciding to add said warranty to my purchase...
