Hello Santiago, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us involving an issue with the paint or possible coating on the paint. The paint sealant we use is called Automate. Based on the description you provided, we have not had anyone else with the issue that you spoke about with our service director. You had Automate applied to your vehicle last back in July 2021, but it sounds like you had a recent conversation about the smoothness of the paint since that treatment. Some people do try to use soap or wax products on their vehicles, but proper care of the vehicles must be considered so no damage happens. The Owner's Manual should describe the recommended treatment to clean a Nissan vehicle. We are sorry you were not pleased with the conversation you had with our director, but he was trying to be helpful and to give advice to see how we could possibly help you with the problem you had. I believe we were able the fix the problem for you. As for the transportation, our staff shared with me that they did offer you a ride on our shuttle, but you had told them you were going to get a ride with someone else, so we aren't sure about why a bus was mentioned in the review. We don't recommend to our customers to take the bus when we have a shuttle that can be used for free. We are sorry you were you were not pleased with this experience. We will look into the matter deeper to see if we missed anything at all, but we believe we did everything possible to assist you with your concerns.
