While the salesman was very helpful the sales practices associated with this location is disappointing. They mark up every new vehicle $4k while the south location does not. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Only bright spot was Dillon our salesman. We wasted 3 hours at the dealership making a deal only to have to cut it at the end because the finance tea Only bright spot was Dillon our salesman. We wasted 3 hours at the dealership making a deal only to have to cut it at the end because the finance team tried to slip in extra charges that weren't ever discussed. To be exact they tried charging us double for GAP insurance and slipping in a $4000 dollar warranty without consulting us before. The finance guy was willing to take the warranty off, but at that point trust and integrity was already broken. Its unfortunate because you see this a lot in the military community. I am glad I dodged that bullet and didn't give them my business. I will be reporting the dealership to my base IG in hopes of getting them blacklisted for military members for their predatory practices. Hopefully Dillon finds a new dealership to work at because this one is failing him. More
