Hello Morgan, Thank you for your recent purchase. We are glad we were able to exchange vehicles for you since you were not initially happy with the LEAF and got the Rogue instead. It sounds like you enjoyed working with your salesperson. We are disappointed, however, that you are now not satisfied with your overall purchase experience. We are sorry you feel this way. You brought up the other Nissan store in town. We have the same owner and do things similarly. We aren’t sure where you got the $4K mark-up information from since that doesn’t relate to your situation. The Rogue cost more than the LEAF, so based on price and your pre-approval information, that determined what was offered to you by our finance department. It is not an accurate statement about only giving a certain interest rate if warranties are purchased. It seems there is some confusion about the details of your purchase agreement that we would like to clear up if you would like to speak with someone about that. Please let us know if we can help you. No I wanted to exchange for a new leaf or a new Rogue but was told there is $4k in add ons for new vehicles and where I got that from was the sales person. And I was told by finance that he would give me a lower rate by 1.25% if I purchased warranties, I'm sorry you guys aren't happy with the review but there are dealers that don't mark up vehicles and there are some that do and when the dust settles customers will remember the ones that did participate in additional mark ups.

We are sorry you were not pleased with some aspects of the experience, and ultimately decided not to actually buy the Rogue you were looking at. It is great you were very pleased with your sales consultant. You felt the finance part of this experience was less than satisfactory. Our staff did go over pricing with you. You initially expressed interest in getting an extended warranty for your vehicle. We did tell you how much that would cost to add that warranty for your vehicle. We are not going to reduce the price of the vehicle for the price of that extended warranty just to complete this transaction, as you requested. We are sorry if there was any misunderstanding. We have worked closely with the military community for years and will continue to do so. We do not agree with your claims as stated in this review. We are sorry we could not come to an agreement in order to complete this purchase for you to your satisfaction. We wish you well with your search for a vehicle elsewhere.
