We here hesitant about buying a car and financing but Zack helped us understand and took the time to explain everything to us. Crystal clear expectations with no surprises. They even beat the car payment we originally wanted. Friendly staff and great experience. i will be going back to Zack Becker to purchase a second car in the near future. Thanks again. More
Dishonest and Horrible I have never had such a horrible experience buying a car before. Our salesman played the whole "you're military and so am I, I'll take care of you" ca I have never had such a horrible experience buying a car before. Our salesman played the whole "you're military and so am I, I'll take care of you" card and he did the opposite. In fact, when things went sour, he hid in his corner desk for 3.5 hours instead of coming over and apologizing or trying to make things right. Here is what happened: We traded in our '07 armada for a VW Passat and Routan. The Routan needed the ignition fixed (not sure of the exact name), tire valve replaced and needed to be detailed. We bought the cars on V-day and made an appt for the following week (wednesday) to have everything addressed. It took them FIVE weeks to get the part in. Now, in the mean time we were in a 5 seater loaner car, when we're a family of 6 and had to take two vehicles EVERYWHERE we went. Park, groceries, errands, zoo, Denver, etc. and i had to make my car payment after only being able to drive it for 3 days!!! We finally get the van back and not only was it not detailed, but the tire valve wasn't fixed either... after 5 weeks!!! I drive it around, and i keep smelling an awful smell. I start getting headaches and finally have my dad drives it and he says its the exhaust... i have a 9 month old and a 21 month old in the van with me at all times. inhaling this. We notice the brakes are BAD and it squeals even when not touching the brakes. The sliding doors work half the time and in first gear (it's an automatic) it rolls backwards. Anyway, there are so many issues with this van. I call and its just everyone covering for everyone. Our new salesman there tells us it should have NEVER been sold, but now when you talk to someone, like i said previously, its just everyone covering for everyone and saying its just a machine and they break sometimes, blah blah blah. Anyway, we have no idea what to do since we are now upside down and our options are limited. I am contacting the BBB as well as the media and the corporate office. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. Our original salesman (Sean) hid behind his desk for 3.5 hours instead of coming up to us and asking if we needed anything or apologizing or anything. I am so disappointed. More
customer service/satisfaction I came in on a busy day needing an oil change, but they not only took care of me swiftly, and kept me in the loop on the status of the car as work pro I came in on a busy day needing an oil change, but they not only took care of me swiftly, and kept me in the loop on the status of the car as work progressed, but they also looked at other potential things wrong with the car and gave me a report on how it was doing, what it might need going forward. They washed the car as well, and the thing I was most impressed with was that they didn't try to upsell me, which I can see through. I was dealt with honestly, professionally, and swiftly and I would recommend this to anyone. Furthermore, the young man (I am frustrated as I cannot recall his name at the moment) who helped me was exceptionally professional and customer-service oriented. Give that man kudos. More

Better Than Anticipated June 2014 I purchased a used "certified pre-owned" 2014 Versus Note after several "back and forth" emails regarding another used vehicle on their lot. June 2014 I purchased a used "certified pre-owned" 2014 Versus Note after several "back and forth" emails regarding another used vehicle on their lot. My only issue with the purchase was being forced to purchase the automate paint protection as a condition of purchase. I voiced my displeasure to the sales rep, Mr. Adams, Floor Manager, Mr. Haas as well as a young lady who did a purchase follow-up. The latter part of September 2014 I took the vehicle in for what was described as a 15000 service. It was really nothing more than an oil/filter change and inspection. While no one reviewed the service inspection with me I was told I needed a CV boot which they would order and call me when it came in. By November 10, 2014 having not received a call I visited the service department. Even though there were several service personnel in/around the service desk it appeared I was invisible. Not one acknowledged my presence. I finally approached a lady (Dianne) at the service desk, presented my paperwork and asked when I could get the CV boot replaced. She, in turn, consulted two other people, finally came back informing me I hadn't had a 15000 service.....all I had was an oil/filter change. I informed her I had no idea what was done; only that I was told the CV boot needed to be replaced. She then informed me at the 15000 service it was found my two front tires were at 3/32 tread and had been recommended they be replaced. I again told her no one had reviewed the service findings with me, I surely didn't believe tires would wear that much in 15000 miles and I was not going to purchase two new tires. She then said "we can schedule you to get the boot repaired Wednesday." I informed her I would prefer a Monday or Tuesday to which she responded...."OK....we'll get you in this Thursday." Not wanting to belabor the point I agreed to bring it in at 8:00AM Thursday. I then returned home and reviewed all the paperwork associated with the purchase and subsequent 15000 mile service. Several discrepancies were noted. One page of the service report stated all four tires were at 6/32 a no tires recommended while on another sheet was the 3/32 reference. It was stated a certified pre-owner inspection had been completed on May 20, 2014 at 13247 miles and everything appeared to be in good shape yet 3,000 miles later the CV boot was broken, the front tires were worn to 3/32 tread depth, the air filter was so dirty replacement was recommended. I typed a list of the discrepancies I had found along with a letter voicing my concerns. I had also visited this web site and read the reviews of Woodmen Nissan. I was prepared for an ugly confrontation. When I picked the vehicle up Thursday afternoon the service manager wanted to see me in his office. He (Rod) went over every concern I had listed as well as explained how he felt the discrepancies could have happened. In the final analysis I would have to say Rod Crawford provided superb customer service....at least in my case......as did the assistant service manager. If I were to make any suggestions it would in how customers are managed when the come in for service. They, at the very least, should be acknowledged and told "we'll be with you ASAP?" or something to let the customer know they have been noticed. I would also suggest the "service greeter" and the actual service technician who performs the service be on the same page so as to avoid obvious discrepancies reported to their customers. Overall I would say my issues were handled in a very professional manner, however; had things been done a little more efficiently I would have had no concerns at all. More

They use practices such as bait and switch and keeping the keys to your trade until you sign for a new car. The sales people are dishonest, the general manager refuses to address complaints and the finance people just plain lie. I went in to buy a car that the sales person sent me a picture of with a price. I got there and once they had my keys for my trade told me that the car was not really for sale! My keys were held hostage until I purchase a different car. I was told I didn't qualify for the 1.9% financing. I have a credit rating over 800 and had 8000 down. When I asked why the finance guys said "how should I know my name is not bank!" Wanted to walk away but was threatened as I had signed a contract to buy. I was later yelled at and threatened again. Please do your research on the business not just the car you want. Read my full story on the better business bureau site, along with others. This dealership is evil. Nissan corporate customer service is useless, they will take your complaint but refuse to help with a resolution. Do NOT give Woodmen Nissan your business. More

Dishonest employees, buyer beware of shady sales practices My finance and I went in to Woodmen Nissan to look at a specific Nissan Murano with AWD as we just moved to Colorado Springs and wanted an AWD vehic My finance and I went in to Woodmen Nissan to look at a specific Nissan Murano with AWD as we just moved to Colorado Springs and wanted an AWD vehicle for the winters. We were looking to trade in a front wheel drive car. This was the first thing we told the sales red (Todd) with why we were in. We looked at the vehicle and had higher mileage and wanted to think about it. Todd said they had another one, but said it was probably out of our price range. He told us it had everything we wanted, including AWD and leather, navigation, sun roof and was the top package. While we were thinking about the first vehicle, Todd pulled the second vehicle up behind us and says to hop in and that he talked the price down and we couldn t go wrong with this vehicle and had everything we were looking for. Believing him that the vehicle was AWD, we test drove and decided to purchase. The following eveing after I got home from work, I inspected the vehicle and how it operates as Todd did not show us anything as to how the vehicle operated, and find out it does not have all wheel drive as stated by the representative. It was past their operating hours that night, so I called the following moring 36 hours from purchase. Todd said to bring it in and appologized for his mistake and said he didn t even realize it didn t as they had just got it in on a new trade, so the vehicle didn t have any kind of sticker in the window to reference. Todd said to bring it in and we will make it right. I get off work early to do so and all they would offer was to buy the vehicle back on a trade and get us in to the lower end model we looked at two days prior. He said all they could do would be to get us in to the lower end vehicle, but would cost us about 5,000 out of pocket and was something they would not give our full money back. I stated that I should not have to pay more for a lesser of a vehicle and asked why we should do business with them if they wanted to charge us more. He said that they would not give us our money back and that wasn t an option. My fiance and I were so upset that we left as they were not willing to do anything other than sell us another vehicle and make commission off that. A week later, I uncover that their website stated they will give full value back for the vehicle if less than 3 days from purchase and less than 100 miles. The dealership did not offer this as we still requested getting another vehicle that had the features that we needed. We have not had a solution from Woodman and they have no called us back in regards to the matter. This was over a $10,000 mistake and with this loss I hope many of you read this review. This dealership is not for their customers and only care about the money they bring in to their own pockets. We went to their sister company South Colorado Nissan and were able to find an all wheel drive model that fit our need, however are still out the money. We have yet to be contacted by the general manager and they have yet to respond to our Better Business complaint. More
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Please do your research on Woodmen Nissan before you buy. I wish I had! First of all, they have a “F” rating with the Better Business Bureau. Also, the reviews from recent c Woodmen Nissan before you buy. I wish I had! First of all, they have a “F” rating with the Better Business Bureau. Also, the reviews from recent customers are awful. I don’t even know where to start with the issues that I experienced after I purchased a Nissan Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from Woodmen Nissan. The sales reps are rude and will tell you ANYTHING (worse than other dealers) to get you to buy a car. Their pressure tactics are unlike any I’ve ever experienced. I was told that since the car is Nissan Certified Pre-Owned, it would be a like-new car when the dealer completed the work we agreed upon (interior detailing, paint chips, windshield chip, etc). I did not get all of this work in writing – BIG mistake. Even though the car was certified, they repeatedly refused to do the work. I attempted to contact Brock Wilson, the General Sales Manager, but he did not respond to my email. At that point, I was forced to contact Nissan Regional. Brock Wilson and Todd Miller (User Car Manager) are HORRIBLE. Todd Miller actually swore at one of my friends (a fellow dealership owner) when he called to try to resolve the issues. Todd Miller told him “I don’t give a sh*t who you are or who you tell.” It was only after I contacted Nissan Regional that Brock responded to my email. He also left me a very rude voicemail telling me “I hate to break it to you, but you purchased a USED car. I’m not going to ‘rebuild’ a used car for you. This case is closed.” The only thing that “saved” me from putting my own money into this car was the fact that it was a Nissan Certified Pre-Owned vehicle and it should not have even been on the lot in the condition that it was. Todd Miller told Nissan Regional that they were trying to fix the issues with my car, but I was not showing up to appointments. That was a total lie. I was able to reach out to Mike Jackson, the GM of Woodmen Nissan, and he fixed everything for me. Of course, this was the FOURTH time I brought it in and it was over a month since I originally purchased the car. The bottom line is that no one at Woodmen Nissan cares about the treatment of their customers. They CERTAINLY don’t care about their reputation or “word of mouth”. I would never let ANYONE buy a car from this dealer. The deal that they give you is not worth the trouble you will experience after. I’ve talked to other people who have purchased cars here with bad brakes and other safety issues. I can’t believe a company like this is still in business. They were hoping I was just a dumb girl and I would just go away if they made things really difficult for me. Unfortunately, that’s not really my style. I’ll be posting warnings on every site that will allow. More
