Fuel Injector service I was charged way too much for a service. Fuel injector issue on a new vehicle was extremely expensive and I felt pressure to pay. Had to make another appointment and rearrange schedules (I have two small children) take it in to find out they never connected the cords in the electrical part Dumb mistake and a huge inconvenience for my family. I wish they would have TESTED the part before calling and saying it was fixed. More

Oil change and tire rotation I was extremely satisfied with the service performed. My oil change was done but the tire rotation did not occur as I was informed that my tires are g I was extremely satisfied with the service performed. My oil change was done but the tire rotation did not occur as I was informed that my tires are getting close to recommended replacement. We were not ready for that today so we opted to do it on our next visit or coming up soon. Please understand that the customer service and courtesy were great but I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because when I bought the car from Plaza Buick, I bought it with lifetime carwashes included, but since Woodhouse took it over, that is no longer available to me. Furthermore, I am even more disappointed that I don’t even get it washed when I bring it back to the dealer I purchased it at for an oil change. Kind of disappointing...considering the deal was made when I bought the vehicle. (The funny thing is, I probably only brought it in for just the “free” car wash only about half a dozen times a year… It was the “principle” of taking that benefit away even though it was agreed upon at the time of purchase. Don’t misunderstand, I really do appreciate your service department and they always do a GREAT job!! More

I had to bring my truck back twice for issues that should have been addressed at original time of service. I also had a body repair job, which lasted nearly six weeks - Woodhouse blames the insurance company, the insurance company blamed Woodhouse. Both are at fault, in my opinion, but I was the one left with too large of a bill. The final (after three trips) work quality was good. Kyle in service helped a great deal and was an ok advocate. Not what it uses to be when it was plaza We loved this place when it was Plaza GMC so much so that we brought all our GMC vehicles here for every service and repair, every time. The people w We loved this place when it was Plaza GMC so much so that we brought all our GMC vehicles here for every service and repair, every time. The people were great prices were reasonable considering you were getting dealer service, and you always got little perks that let you know they cared like a quick wash when your vehicle was done, that has all changed. I've refrained from reviewing until the transition to Woodhouse GMC was complete to allow them to work out the kinks. The first thing is the price increases, my oil change cost is now about double what it used to be. Along with the price increase for regular things like oil changes many things that used to be included like tire rotations and a wash at the end are now separate charges ($25 for a tire rotation alone). The individuals working in the service center have all changed now with the exception of a couple. Price increases are out of the service employees hands so there is nothing that they have done to make any of my services bad but the personal care you received as a regular customer is now gone. With this in mind we have decided that our most recent visit will be our last, there is simply no reason to continue going to a place that charges more and cares less. More

A squirrel got under my hood and ate threw my wind shield washer cable. I was charged $200.00 to replace the rubber cable that cost $34.00.
