oil change I had an appointment for oil change, which was good, I asked the man who checked me in to look at my front bumper he said it was a loose clamp and wou I had an appointment for oil change, which was good, I asked the man who checked me in to look at my front bumper he said it was a loose clamp and would have it snapped back in however when my car was ready this hadn't happened he told me I would need to come back for that, needless to say the place wasn't busy I am just thinking they didn't want to mess with that day, so I do work during the day which this means I will have to make another trip over there for this, needless to say I wasn't the happiest when I left, the only good thing is that was my last free oil change from buick so I can go somewhere else the next time. More

Did not Repair any problems Truck went in for multiple problems. Blamed all the issues on idle hrs. Did not listen to complaints at all. Just fixed problems that were obvious and Truck went in for multiple problems. Blamed all the issues on idle hrs. Did not listen to complaints at all. The finance department was good to deal with and fixed the errors on the invoice promptly... My only complaint is Woodhouse waiting until the last minute to send me paperwork to sign and the paperwork was incorrect which delayed the delivery process!! More
