Warranty work. They picked up the car right on schedule, dropped off a loaner, did the work successfully, brought back my car the same day with a smile (I declined They picked up the car right on schedule, dropped off a loaner, did the work successfully, brought back my car the same day with a smile (I declined the free car wash), and charged me nothing. It lived up to Lexus's much-hyped customer service reputation. Can't ask for more than that. More
