We came to look about buying a car and when we were leaving the parking lot, found we had a totally flat tire. We went straight to the service bay. Tonya immediately met us, saw the problem and told u leaving the parking lot, found we had a totally flat tire. We went straight to the service bay. Tonya Plutz took care of me and my car. Took my IS 350 in for an oil change and full detail but unfortunately Tonya told me the timing chain cover gasket was leaking.
