Upon entering, their Covid safety precautions were top notch. Greeted by a person in PPE, who got us quickly to the right sales rep (also in PPE).. We discussed the different SUV's and test drove a couple. We quickly came to a very good price, but we wanted a different color combination. Our salesman, Mark found our color combination a few days later, (which he said it would take him) and arranged to have that car shipped to us and we took delivery a few days later. No hard sell on warranties and protection packages or other add ons. They were offered to us, and we made up our own mind. 1. Good safety precautions in this Covid day and age 2. Good sales help with different models and the pros and cons of each 3. Fair price 4. worked hard to get us the color combination we wanted 5. fast delivery with no pressure on the day we were to pick up the car. Highly recommend this brand and dealer More

Tonya Plutz took care of me and my car. Took my IS 350 in for an oil change and full detail but unfortunately Tonya told me the timing chain cover gasket was leaking.
