I came to the dealership at 8pm after leaving another Lexus dealership and I am glad I did. This was a much better experience. After paperwork was done it was 10pm and nobody rushed me many staff members stayed until 11pm including mark to make sure I knew how to use all the functions in my RX450HL. I was very pleased. More

Outstanding customer service I live in Lincoln Park in Chicago and was quite skeptical when a friend suggested that I shop at Woodfield Lexus. But I tried it and I am glad that I I live in Lincoln Park in Chicago and was quite skeptical when a friend suggested that I shop at Woodfield Lexus. But I tried it and I am glad that I did. They were super competitive on price, made adjustments to an interior component without additional charge and provided outstanding delivery service. They provide free pick up and drop off service for Chicagoans and others which makes it s easy to obtain service when needed. More
