I would like at the least for us to split the $230 for having to pay to replace the drive belt when they could have done that when replacing the alternator 3 days earlier. What made me look at the belt after getting my truck back was a squeak coming from the belt. After I paid for the new belt that haven’t been change in over 10 yrs. the squeak was gone.

It wasn’t resolved, I had to $730 for a alternator and 3 days later had to pay $230 for a drive belt replacement which total $960.00. I should have had to pay another $230 for a drive belt when it should have put on with the alternator.

Terrible experience. Took 5 days to do some warranty work. No communication. I had to make phone calls to the service manager and general manager to get my car back. Will not go back. More
