He always lets me know that if I ever need help now or in the future, all I have to do is give him a call—and he truly means it. He’s definitely about action. I had some questions about possibly trading in my vehicle, and to my surprise, he called me the very same day to follow up. I honestly wasn’t expecting that level of responsiveness, but it showed me how serious he is about taking care of his customers. He’s truly the man with a plan, and I appreciate his professionalism, consistency, and dedication every single time. I had a great experience in the service department thanks to K. Carter.
