The Service Advisors are supposed to give you an estimated time when you place your order for service just in case it may not be convenient with your schedule, so I apologize for the lack of communication. During her visit she received a full synthetic, manufacturer's recommended, oil and filter change and a tire rotation, at the same price that we charge everyone for those services. We offer transparent pricing that is very competitive for this market, and do not deviate from that pricing. If you find a lower price for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation at one of the other local Nissan Dealerships, we will be happy to refund you the difference. We value your business and want you to be completely satisfied.
