I was concerned that it was close to closing time on a Friday, so everyone may not be in the best mood. I found the exact opposite. I was greeted with a big smile. Diane listened to what I needed done, and within a few minutes brought an estimate. The part I needed for my car was in stock! I expected to sit in the waiting room for 2 hours at the very least. (I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and a new side mirror.) I was there for maybe 30 minutes. Unbelievable! Even the time in the waiting room was pleasant. Everyone was in a great mood- customers and employees alike. When it was time to go Diane gave me her business card and said I could call her anytime. She walked me to the cashier who was friendly, professional and easily answered my question about the receipt. I waved goodbye to everyone and walked to my car. I could not believe that it had been vacuumed!! I went back inside and asked about it. The young lady who greeted me with a big smile had vacuumed the inside of my car! I thanked her, then went through the car wash. During my previous visit it was closed for remodeling. I’ve been looking forward to trying it because it’s not a touchless. It was great. My children noticed that my car had been washed and vacuumed. This visit was exceptional. We all know that dealerships are not the least expensive option when it comes to car service (although I paid less than I expected), but exceptional customer service is invaluable. Please promote her to a management position, you have much to gain by it. Tiffany calls me after my car is serviced to check that everything is ok. Have NEVER heard from Service Manager. I have purchased 3 vehicles from your dealership in 10 years, and have had all of them serviced at Wolfchase Nissan. Part price was a rip off, check the web, this is a part that fails so frequently tha it is specifically EXCLUDED from the Platinum warranty. Why are service advisors not on the list? They are the first people they see when vehicle is brought it. THEY CAN MAKE YOU OR BREAK YOU. Better wise up, and fast. A negative web posting will insure your service business disappears. Sure you sell a car to a customer every 3-4 years, customers come back for a service related issue every 3-4 MONTHS. More
