Car problem fixed the 2nd time. Brought my wife's car in for a constant noise. First charged over $162 for new springs in the trunk. I asked them to drive it, first, on the highway Brought my wife's car in for a constant noise. First charged over $162 for new springs in the trunk. I asked them to drive it, first, on the highway, before giving me back the car. Apparently, that was not done, as I had to bring the car back. The 2nd time, I was charged over $1,000 for struts, air filter, and brake flush. It was obvious that the struts were needed, as when I picked up the car the 2nd time, David Fenton rode with me on the Hwy and the noise was gone. I doubt if the first $162 was warranted, but it would have been nice to have been told by the previous service advisor that the air filter needed to be replaced and the brake fluid needed to be drained and replaced. More
