Left Hanging. Dropped vehicle for service yesterday, however, I was never contacted for them to tell me that my vehicle was ready, per usual. I didnt retrieve my vehicle until the end of the night, because I was unable to leave work to come get it. That goes back to no one in the service department contacting me about my car being ready for pickup, which caused a big inconvenience. Nonetheless, someone really dropped the ball and I was not pleased about it to say the least. More

Felt like I escaped a scam Was reported that I needed a drive belt.. I assume they meant a serpentine belt.. my belt was replaced 2 weeks ago as well as oil leaks fixed like val Was reported that I needed a drive belt.. That to me is not a 26 or ever how many point inspection when I am to be charged $500+ to tell me stuff that isn’t there. More
