Wolfchase Nissan is a cut above the rest. This is the first dealership and service center I have ever used that I did not walk away feeling like I had just been scammed. He worked diligently to get me everything I was asking for. My service advisor, Larry Poe, was very helpful and did not try to convince me I needed unnecessary costly repairs. My service was performed in an extremely reasonable amount of time as I waited and my car was not returned to me full of grease mark's or smelling like grease. More
My visit was interesting to say the least. I am still having several problems out of my new car I’ve only owned for a couple months. I feel like I am not a valued customer whenever I have to go in for a having several problems out of my new car I’ve only owned for a couple months. I feel like I am not a valued customer whenever I have to go in for a service (which I have had to have many do to many complications with my brand new 6months old vehicle). It is such an inconvenience to have your vehicle being serviced and no transportation for work/needs. There was no offer for a rental car, but I was given a shuttle that forgot to pick me back upon time. I would suggest asking the customer for more input regarding transportation for a service lasting more than a couple hours. My oil change was also forgotten and not recorded on my appointment paperwork with Dianne. Tiffany offered my oil service free due to the mishap; therefore, I give one star instead of no stars for my overall bad experience. More
