I ordered a 2013 Ram 3500 diesel dually with the tow package, paid a $1000 deposit. Went to arrange to have a fifth wheel hitch installed upon receipt of the vehicle, so I could begin my carefree life o package, paid a $1000 deposit. It was at the hitch installer that I saw a bulletin that said the 2013 Ram 3500 diesel dually with the tow package does not come with a trailer brake control. It is an after market accessory. I checked Ford and GM diesel dually with a tow package and, of course, a trailer brake control is standard.equipment because IT IS A TOW VEHICLE! Next, I looked at reviews of the after market trailer brake controls available for the 2013 Dodge Ram 3500 diesel dually and they are spotty. Some may work with one model and not another, some are failing. So, I'm thinking if I'm going down the hill and suddenly find a trailer up my butt, who will care? Hey, it's after market, you take your chances. So, I went back to Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge Jeep, told them to cancel the order and refund my deposit. The quote was "We're going to be getting a truck in here that will be sitting here this time next year. The deposit is not refundable". Of course it will sit there a long time. IT IS A TOW VEHICLE WITHOUT A TRAILER BRAKE CONTROL! More
I took my Jeep in for service for a known problem that had been fixed once before a year ago at another dealer. The problem reoccurred and I took it to Wolfchase Chrysler Jeep. I told them what had happened previously with my Jeep and they explained the process of confirming the problem and assured me they would follow it thorugh until it was fixed to my satisfaction. I was impressed, they were straightforward and easy to work with. They jumped right on it and got my vehicle to me as promised. Nice people and the service department runs very smoothly. Organized, and friendly from the service advisor, technician, service manager to the young lady that checks you out. Will definitely reccomend them to anyone with a Jeep and will be my service department of choice. More
I just bought a 2013 Dodge Avenger a week ago. I have already put approximately 600 miles on this car. It is a heavier car than most mid-size sedans. I bought the car from Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge in Memphis TN. I had a salesperson by the name of Luster Adams who went above and beyond the call of duty. Needed 2nd car and was disappointed with the Nissan dealers in town and Toyota $500 apart on a deal. Being disappointed by Nissan and Toyota was worth it because my wife and I were able to get the high level of customer service from Mr. Adams. The product was important but the reason we bought the car had a whole lot to do with Mr. Adams and the whole team from financing to Sales Manager and General Manager. Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge be thankful for an exemplary employee in Mr. Adams because he adds sales because of his customer service skills. More

I have no reason to give such a glowing review other than I've become a fan of this dealership simply because of the way I've been treated and the quality of the work done. I can't finish this review without giving very high marks to Tim True, my service representative. Over the years I've probably been taken care of by all of the Reps at one time or another and my experience has always been the same. Great customer service! From the time of my original purchase many years ago until now, I'm one very happy customer! More

Too long for initial contact back from service adviser. Slowly greeted when dropping off. reason for visit was tire presure light came on. solution was to replace 4 tpms sensors, at a cost of $60 each, b Slowly greeted when dropping off. reason for visit was tire presure light came on. solution was to replace 4 tpms sensors, at a cost of $60 each, because of weak battery, and batteries can not be replaced without replacing entire sensor. I have had similar issue with dodge in past, when defective part became a recall item, they figured out how to replace only the part that was defective, but when consumer is paying, thye do the most expensive route. Batteries going at 4 years in TPMS sending units all at same time sounds suspicious to me. More

We purchased our 200 in March 2012. Since then we have had our vehicle serviced twice (regularly scheduled maintenance) and the service department has been outstanding! Jeremy and his services manager bent over backwards to make sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner and when I asked about a brake squeak, they immediately took care of that! Great product, but more importantly, OUTSTANDING soup to nuts dealership. More

I have avoided using dealers' service departments in recent years due to the usual attitude that Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was extraordinary. I have avoided using dealers' service departments in recent years due to the usual attitude that if only they could fix my car, they could ignore basic courtesy and get by with marginal work. However, only an authorized dealer could replace the BCM in my 1998 Caravan, so to Wolfchase Chrysler we went. All of the employees I met were extremely courteous. They kept me advised of the progress of the repair and alerted me to a probable delay in the return of my van. When there was a problem with the van the day after the repair, I expected to be told that it was unrelated to the repair (as in previous times). Mr. Montgomery (Service Manager) dealt with me courteously and went far beyond my expectations to resolve the situation. I will not hesitate to take my van back for future repairs. My only reason for selecting #4 for the price rating is the high cost of the part. More
