Not so “Amazing service” at the service department! Especially from the Mr.Mario. He was supposed to take care of my 2006 Charger SRT8 when I brought the car in overnight for oil change. When I got my back car back A/C vent pops off for some reason now, “Never have before” an my rightside turn signal light just mysterious pops off! Came back up there to voice my concerns, I was told too come back in a month 🤦🏾♂️. Gott xxxx man were all having issues with this new world now but please don’t take it out on my car! P.S. my car has 83,000 miles an is 06 so I’ve kept it in good standing shape! More

My Name is Calondra Brown and I turned my 2017th jeep Cherokee latitude in for service on April 26, 2021 due to service shifter, putting me in a renter and stating it would be fixed before friday which Cherokee latitude in for service on April 26, 2021 due to service shifter, putting me in a renter and stating it would be fixed before friday which wasn't true and was called the next day about fixing my truck which turned into they have to order my part should be in Wednesday because they ordered it on Tuesday May 4th 2021 so I call and receive the same thing they said last week now it will be here May 14th, so of course since Avis works with them, so their still getting money so I returned the rental and here I am without a ride so the 14th makes 3 weeks and 4 days having my vehicle, very disappointed for a 2 hr job that still haven't been done More
Purchased new 2020 Jeep Wrangler April of 2020. #1. Requested full synthetic for first oil change at 5;000 miles and agreed to a $20 or so up charge. I witnessed service rep write it down. When I checked out the ticket had no up charge. Service put standard oil in car. Rep apologized but said I would have to bring it back. Brought it back and they corrected and did not charge me for the synthetic. #2. Sun visor fell out and suspended by wiring for light. Wolf chase says the “repair” has been on backorder. This has been since last fall. This is March of 2021 and the sun visor is still not usable. #3. The hardtop has leaked rain. We have taken it in 3 times. They kept it for a week and said they were unable to make it leak. We provided pictures. They finally said the top was warped from the factory and they would order one that would be in the following week. That was several weeks ago. They are using the weather as an excuse. #4. Slow leak in tire. Took it in. They said thy fixed it. They did not and have not. We are on our second service manager and will be on our 3rd service rep. We love our Jeep and were prepared for warranty work but this is all about the dealership not providing post sale support for customers. More
