New truck flat Service dept. not satisfied with service received from service dept. I had to pay for a new tire when I needed a repair of a flat tire. Turned truc Service dept. not satisfied with service received from service dept. I had to pay for a new tire when I needed a repair of a flat tire. Turned truck in for repair at 530p the day before did not get it til 330p. I had to purchase a new tire never told that Goodyear handles the tire replacement. I was given a choice of purchasing a new tire or getting the spare back on. Was out $200 on new tire and shown a nail a had not seen and when asked for the damaged tire never given it. Had to go back to dealership because new tire was not inflated like the other three,the warning light was still on and I wanted the damaged tire.. I was given a tire with warn treds. My tire replacement tire was inflated to the minimum amount 39psi and my other three were lowered 44psi to 39-40. Replacement tire goes to 38psi most I have only purchased Chrysler Jeep or dodge products. Why is this bs going on with the money I am paying for my truck. Why More
