After further inspection I found that the nut for the upper ball joint was missing. I called them and they were not willing to help. I had to get vehicle tow set up. Once I arrived at the dealership I asked for a refund considering they sold me a vehicle they said was safe and inspected. They sell junk and have no integrity. Avoid them at all costs if u value your hard earned money! More

don't stand behind their sales. purchased 2017 Lincoln cont. from them in May, 2020. Found the passenger side area has leak when it rains. Had a recall from Lincoln on door latches, so was waiting until parts available for that to check on leak. Informed by Lincoln dealer, problem was a plastic strip coming loose under windshield, however, windshield was "aftermarket" not covered by warranty. called Witt Ford to see what they could do, and explained issue. Blunt answer: Our warrant for used vehicle we sell is 30 days, so nothing we can do. BUYER BEWARE of this dealership. FORD should look into their after sales practices and perhaps rethink their dealership assignment. More
Lack of ethics Sales does not listen and tries to upsell you an overpriced vehicle. Dollar signs for eyeballs. Cute commercials but they are total fiction. I feel sorry for the very few ethical employees they do have for having to work there. More
Body shop did bad work no one calls you back My truck was purchased from the dealership and required a bit of body work related to a insurance claim. The work done at the body shop had dirt in it Truck was sent back multiple times for dirt under the new paint, new paint peeling off, the bondo they smeared all over cracking and the putty they filled the rust holes with on the “insurance quality” used parts they installed falling out. Truck was in 6 or 7 times total and each time I was left without a vehicle. and the last time I got it back with damage to the rear window molding, and scratch marks under the paint in the bondo. Insurance company says they can’t help me has to be warranty through the body shop, Witt’s WILL NOT return calls. Body shop manager was rude and banned my truck from ever coming back there when all I wanted was it fixed CORRECTLY like they were paid to do in the first place. Witt’s is only interested in making a buck no matter where they need to cut corners to do so. More

And sh indicated she had worked there for over 20 years. Knew nothing about processing the sale nor the products be sold. Major issues with the services dept. Cut off part of the shielding under the car that helps streamline the undercarriage for gs mileage. The stated it was a "mis-communication". So many issues with the car that we asked the General Manager, Mr. Witt to purchase our car due to the problems we have had. He stated that they were not interested in repurchasing the car from us (due to problems). Also, car was delivered with loose fender that was not properly secured. Stay away from Witt Lincoln dealership and do not purchase a Lincoln. More
Failed to replace a part under the car the was not secured. Purchased a new 2016 Lincoln form this dealership. The wife liked the colors better than what Cadillac offered. Brought the car in for the first recommended service oil change. Few days later while driving to the airport, something was making a lot of noise under the car. Contacted AAA Road service and the tow driver surveyed under the car and determined large plastic streamlining cover was hanging down and dragging on the road. He stuffed it up into the underside in order to drive the car to Witt Lincoln. Was provided a loaner and they stated the car would be ready the next day. It was and I asked if everything was back wear it belonged under the car. I was told everything was replaced. Apparently the Witt Serviceman did not secure it after the oil change. When I arrived home with the Lincoln, I looked under the car to survey the replaced cover. It had been cut in half rather than replaced. The Service Mgr. had lied to me. I immediatly phoned Witt Lincoln's Service Mgr. to complain. He stated there must have been a miscommunication. We requested Mr. Witt purchase the 2016 Lincoln from is as we were not interested in this car any longer. The response was "we would take a bath on selling the car to Witt." We traded it on a bew Cadillac the next week. Absolutly very poor service, sales follow up and honesty! More

They called the next day and had the perfect car for us. Made everything very easy and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and part of the Witt family. Sold a Lemon We bought our 2013, 40,000 miles, Chevy Malibu (yeah I know, bought a Chevy from a ford dealership) from Witt in march of last year (2016). This was o We bought our 2013, 40,000 miles, Chevy Malibu (yeah I know, bought a Chevy from a ford dealership) from Witt in march of last year (2016). This was our first major car purchase and initially we loved the car and the customer service. We babied our new car (new to us) and took a lot of care with it, even trying to avoid driving it, so as to extend the life of it. We have since then brought the car in for repairs 4 times. So far we have replaced a wheel bearing, a major computer sensor, and a leaky valve. Some of this was covered by warranty and some of it was out of our own pocket. On this 4th time bringing it in we heard a humming noise, and knew that it needed new tires because the ones that were on it at purchase were crap and worn down. We thought there nothing else could possibly be wrong with it since we had already fixed so much in the last 10 months that we had it. I was then told a super long list of problems. All 4 break pads were worn down to nothing, another 2 wheel bearings went out, a bent rim (how does that even happen?!), and the tires were exorbitantly priced. The total came to 1800 dollars that would be all on us. So how does a car that we have owned for less than a year, and took extra special care of, rack up this high of repair bills!? Because we were sold a lemon! I would never buy a car from Witt if they were the only place in 100 miles to buy a car. I would literally travel to a foreign country and buy a car there, before I would ever buy a car form Witt again. But wait this gets better- After being told our bad news and all the problems we then decided to cancel all order repairs and take the car to our local mechanic that would give us a much better repair deal. When I called to cancel this service and come get the car, I explained how upset I nobody really cared at all. then I was told that the tires were already on the car and an oil change already done and that I would have to pay for those things. Are you kidding me!!! For anyone that reads this please save yourself the headache and don't do any business with Witt. don't buy a car there, and do not take your car there for repairs. Ever. Most expensive rip op of my life. More
