Loyalty means nothing to them After more than 25 years and 19 cars bought, the winner group has finally managed to push me away. I have dealt with the same salesperson for 25 years After more than 25 years and 19 cars bought, the winner group has finally managed to push me away. I have dealt with the same salesperson for 25 years, bought 19 cars from him and after a new management leadership paradigm, I am finally done with these morons. Not only have I bought that many, I have brought another 50+ people to the dealer. Only to have them low ball me on my trade by $3500 and try and overvalue their car by $4000. To call it a sales strategy is an insult to anyone with half a brain. I am finished with these people, and I hope I can encourage others to go elsewhere. When JOhn Hynanski ran this company, they were fair and treated people with the respect they deserved, since his son has taken over, its about money period. They expect the customer to be loyal, but they show none back. If you need a new or used car, go anywhere but this dealership. More
Battery Replacement Having made a first thing in the morning Appointment I thought it took a little longer than I expected for a quick Battery change out. ( in at 07:30 for an 0800 appointment.. out at 09:35 ). But they washed the exterior for me before sending me on my way so that was a nice surprise. Every one there was Cheerful and Polite, and The Free Coffee and snacks in the waiting room are a nice touch as well ! More
