Change of Battery After taking several tries for the engine to turn over and with my battery being pver 4 yrs old, I drove to Windward Ford at about 4:40 pm on a week After taking several tries for the engine to turn over and with my battery being pver 4 yrs old, I drove to Windward Ford at about 4:40 pm on a weekday. They were able to change my battery very quickly and I now have no trouble getting the engine to turn over on the first try. I also made an appointment for my regular maintenance check and safety check next month. More

Bought a truck even tho sales man gave away parts off ours We were a disappointed in the fact that our mat in the truck bed was given away to someone that bought a different truck. We bought the truck anyways We were a disappointed in the fact that our mat in the truck bed was given away to someone that bought a different truck. We bought the truck anyways but we couldn’t believe they didn’t even try to make it up to us. We bought a used truck and it was somewhat difficult for us to give any past service details but after waiting a few hours they were able to tell us when the last oil change was. Ultimately we are happy with the truck we left with. We walked in preapproved with check in hand so process went pretty smooth. More

Took a long time.... Truck was built, and still took 3 months to deliver. All processes moved really slow. I had a custom flat bed put on a truck with a bed delete.
