Even though windward ordered the wrong part originally, the diff between them and Honolulu Ford is that they follow up and keep the customer informed. Mistakes happen but windward Ford always handles them promptly and professionally. Jon at windward always kept me updated and called several times to let me know the part was in, as opposed to no call backs or updates at Honolulu ford. More

Generaly Good We were assured that we could keep our VA plates, as we did with each of the cars we leased from Cutter Ford. Now we are told that they do not have We were assured that we could keep our VA plates, as we did with each of the cars we leased from Cutter Ford. Now we are told that they do not have the registration for our car and therefore could not get the old plates. I do not understand any of this and it seems they should have checked everything before we left Windward Ford. More
Recall service. I took my Ford Fusion in for a few recalls; The customer service was great! I got help with everything I needed, even got a rental car. Although upon receiving my vehicle back from the dealership I noticed one screw that wasn't re-installed so now my car makes a rattling noise coming from the passenger side dashboard every time I drive it, and I don't know where it goes. Best Experience ever!!!! From beginning to end my experience was the best! I live on Maui and yet was able to get a great deal with my trade in and into a new F-150. But what sets them apart is the customer service, they genuinely treat you like family...and this is before I signed the dotted line. The internet sales Manager Matt was helpful and provided options and links to possible vehicles I was interested in, based on my few request. Then once settled with that and price, I set an appointment to test drive and sign. I then met with Wayne who went out of his way to view other trucks even tho the paper work was setup for me to sign a specific one, he pulled trucks in and out to allow me to test drive other models. Then, even tho I came with a preapproval, the finance manager took time out of his way to still find the best rates for my loan. He was informative and gave some great advice. I’ve never experienced such attention, understanding and consideration to what my needs and budget was. I can guarantee a lifetime customer form here on out. More
