As an active duty service member, this was the worst dealer experience in my 30 year military career. Will not use again or recommend to others. Dealer refuses to fix even though they take a video of your car inside and out at time of drop off and the issue wasn't present. The technician left tools under my hood which I took pics of and showed the asst manager... but they take no responsibility for the issue.... save yourself the hassle and legal fees and find another dealer. I will not take any of the vehicles I have purchased from Windward Ford to the service department. This last servicing for my Ford Raptor has left me more than disappointed as I paid 800 plus dollars for a s Windward Ford to the service department.
