There was a bit of confusion and reluctance about the need for the recall service, but once I confirmed that I wanted it done, all went very well. Horrible service and bad communication skills. Wrong part was ordered. Parts were missing after service (fender clip and broken screw). Waiting on 5 months to get warrantied item to be fixed. I was suprized by a charge that was not told to me during the drop off of the vehicle. I need to go on online and find out why this service was needed.
