It was over a $100. more at Kailua Ford, But this visit was pleasant, vert courteous but way too expensive. More

Stuart's knowledge, responsiveness to our needs, his patience, and aloha included one of the most thorough test drives we have ever had. His expertise guided us through the decision process smoothly even though we have never owned a truck and came into the process with no experience. Stuart has earned our respect and trust. Having shopped for cars and now trucks at many dealerships we can definitively recommend Windward Ford and Stuart Alsup. If you are looking for a full size truck, especially if you are a member of USAA, call them. More
Bad purchase experience I purchased a used 2015 Jeep over the Internet for my son in the service. I was in Florida and my son was in Japan. Everything was bought sight unse I purchased a used 2015 Jeep over the Internet for my son in the service. I was in Florida and my son was in Japan. Everything was bought sight unseen. The salesman told me it had power doors as this was important to my daughter in law since she has two young children. I paid by wiretransfer. When my daughter was n law arrived to pickup the Jeep it didn't have power doors. My son was not arriving until late September so I told her I would deal with this when I arrived. When I arrived I went to the dealer. Things were great until I asked about the doors. Everybody just went to their offices leaving me with Mr. Cox who said he would check it out and get back to me the next day. The next day Stuart called to tell me there was nothing they could do I could take it up with the owner Mr. Jay Gill. In the following days I dealt with Christian D. And Mr. Lamping. Both were Mr. No and Lamping told me he could get them for me "cheap". I told him not to shake me down as the locks were part of the deal. BEWARE OF THIS DEALER AND THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS More

Lets custmers rot Have new 2015 Fusion Energi Titanium purchased from Windward Ford. About 3 months old and the right front tire had a leak I filled it up and went to Have new 2015 Fusion Energi Titanium purchased from Windward Ford. About 3 months old and the right front tire had a leak I filled it up and went to the dealer; they wouldn't see me without an appointment. Called for an appointment and was told it wouldn't be for another two weeks, at best. I am afraid to travel too far with a tire that keep going flat. I would manage the 5 miles to the dealership and then back home where I could keep adding air. Closest other place for warranty on the Michelin tires was Sears in Kaneohe. Didn't want to risk the 15 mile trip with that tire. After a week of trying to get service, I finally went to Goodyear across the street from Windward Ford. They had to replace the tire because of a hole in the sidewall. No warranty on Michelin at Goodyear, but I could now travel around again. Almost $200 expense. I don't plan to use this dealership ever again. More
Service department is worth the drive out to Kailua I live 5 minutes from Honolulu Ford and after suffering from an endless number of incredibly rude service reps, I decided to make the extra half hour I live 5 minutes from Honolulu Ford and after suffering from an endless number of incredibly rude service reps, I decided to make the extra half hour drive to Windward Ford and it was totally worth it. Pat and his staff are awesome. Friendly and welcoming. Didn't blame the customer and repaired my car in an extremely fast manner. There is no comparison to the level of customer service and if you are thinking about buying a Ford, I would make the extra hike to Kailua and buy it from them. Everyone from Pat to the receptionist were fantastic. You won't regret it. Thanks Pat for restoring my confidence in Ford! More
We had the best experience with theis dealership. We had gone to Honolulu Ford and Cutter Ford prior to coming to McKenna, we are glad we finally came here. Honolulu was by far the worst dealership I have e gone to Honolulu Ford and Cutter Ford prior to coming to McKenna, we are glad we finally came here. Honolulu was by far the worst dealership I have ever gone to, and I have been to many dealerships in my lifetime. They all lied except two of the people I dealt with, Ariana and John Guerra. Kainoa was friendly, helpful and knowlegable. All the people we dealt with at McKenna were helpful and I highly recommend this dealership. Not only did they give us the best deal, they did everything they could to get us in the car we wanted and at a better than fair price. We will be buying our second car here and anytime someone asks us about a car dealership, this is where we will direct them to buy from. THANK YOU Kainoa and McKenna for an excellent experience! The employees who work there are very helpful from the person who answers the phone, the cashier, the lot attendants who wash and move the cars, and most definitely the gentlemen who run the service depar person who answers the phone, the cashier, the lot attendants who wash and move the cars, and most definitely the gentlemen who run the service department, Pat and Lou. There is one more person who was kind and helpful, I am not sure of his name; he is a salesman; he is African American; and he was so kind to us. Pat and Lou are resourceful and willing to accommodate with schedules and appointments. They both are knowledgeable of our vehicle and the requirements that are necessary. Ford McKenna is very lucky to have workers like this who make a lasting impression to owners like us. More
