Painless Upgrade I’ve never had such a great experience with a salesman as I had with Nicholas. He was very down to earth, polite and respectful. I came in with a Cor I’ve never had such a great experience with a salesman as I had with Nicholas. He was very down to earth, polite and respectful. I came in with a Corvette and the intention to trade up for a Raptor. I paid a fair price for the Raptor and received a fair value for my trade in with very little haggling, and few of the typical car dealership “games”. I typically hate the idea of shopping for a new vehicle at a dealership because it’s usually a painful experience where you’re treated like a thief for refusing to pay the premium that dealerships are charging on top of MSRP these days. Not the case with Nicholas. If you’re in the market for a new Ford, or a luxury vehicle traded into their dealership, I urge you to contact Nicholas at Windward Ford. My only word of wisdom is to understand the fine print at the bottom of the estimate agreement prior to committing to a deal on a vehicle at this dealership. Windward Ford applies a paint coating called “Resistall” to all of their new vehicles. I cannot comment on whether this is really a valuable addition, as I’ve only owned the vehicle for two weeks thus far. What I can tell you is that this coating is a $1,500 “option” that you will be unable to refuse as it is applied before you ever set foot on the lot to look at the vehicle. This cost is tacked onto the total cost of the vehicle at the bottom of the estimate below the agreed upon total price of the vehicle. I urge you to insist this cost is included in your intended total price of the vehicle, or understand very clearly that you will be paying $1,500 in addition to the agreed upon price of the vehicle. More

John provided me with options to my service from good better to best plans. He advised me the benefits of all and I appreciated the options he provided for my choosing. We went for the best, I knew I would be spending a significant amount of money, but I have full confidence in the Windward Service Dept from years of satisfaction. There were some hiccups as expected and I was provided with a loaner during the duration of service. John called at the end of each day to give me a heads up to what was being done. I am satisfied with my service extent with John. (y) More

Disappointed & Frustrated I purchased my vehicle at Windward Ford in 2005 and have been a very loyal customer ever since. I take my car there every 6 months for service (oil c I purchased my vehicle at Windward Ford in 2005 and have been a very loyal customer ever since. I take my car there every 6 months for service (oil change, etc.). Although I have had my car for 13 years, the odometer reading is only 35,500 miles and the car looks great. In February 2018 the car started running rough/jerky. It is now July 2018 and to make a long painful story short, after several visits to Windward Ford (each time having to leave my car there for several days) and having to pay the diagnostic fee more than once plus other charges, the technicians have still not been able to determine why my car has been running rough/jerky since February. I was told that my car was old. I have written a letter to the Service Manager to document my complaint. Additionally, to add insult to injury, when I dropped off my car for the most recent service appointment because the "Check Engine" light went on for the second time since February (in addition to running rough/jerky), I was told they no longer provided shuttle service to my house (10-15 minutes away). So I had to pay a $25 cab fee to go home and then another $25 cab fee to pick up my car a few days later. Thank you, Windward Ford, for not rewarding your loyal customers! More

Time consuming The car salesman was very good but that’s were it stops. The finance guy takes entirely to long to process your paperwork. They only have one guy and I waited hours to sit with him after I selected the car I wanted. He will talk about everything but the business at hand. He is extremely unfocused. Weeks after leaving with car he is still contacting me for additional documents that he should have already asked for. This experience was the worst I have ever had with a car purchase. More
