Very nice and responsive I spoke to John on the phone and explained the problem. He said he would work me in and he did just that. My 15,000 mile service, making it right Well at first i would have rated my experience as two stars for one of the items that was performed during my 15,000 mile service. It had to deal wit Well at first i would have rated my experience as two stars for one of the items that was performed during my 15,000 mile service. It had to deal with one of the batteries on my F-350 Super Duty Diesel, the battery was leaking acid from my 7,500 miles service which was only cleaned. It was noted in the maintenance records to check the one battery. Upon arrival for 15,000 mile service, I check in and had brought it up to the service advisor, he looked , noted and added it to the service request with an additional charge. I was notified the my truck was ready, all work accomplished as we went over the bill,, so I paid the bill and drove off, everything feeling and sounding good. Three days later as I am getting ready to clean and detail my pride and joy, I go to start it and click ,click, the sounds of a dead battery. I open the hood and see the battery that was to be serviced is leaking acid all over and seemed to be semi clean., green growth less that it was earlier when vehicle went in.. I found the battery terminal loose, twisted to secure tight and started my truck, A little upset, i immediately called the Service Advisor and told him how upset I was. He rescheduled an appointment for the very next day to make things right. I called my Sales Manager Christian Dilullo and explained what had happened and that I was bringing my truck back to get her done right, I was assured all would be taken cared of properly. On my scheduled return for service i was greeted and we went over what needed to be done to make it right. I rate them Five Stars for being Customer Oriented, looking over the work they performed, and going the extra mile to make it right. Work done with Pride & Professionalism. From the first contact with Ritch Boestch (The Ford Guru) he as always knew ex Windward Ford was above and beyond the definition of Customer Service. From the first contact with Ritch Boestch (The Ford Guru) he as always knew exactly what my concern was AND the fix for it. John (Service Advisor) got all my needed parts ordered and scheduled me in. Dropped off my Truck and rode back with the Hertz representative and left with my loaner vehicle. Brick(Technician that did all repairs) was awesome. This was a major repair and he treated my truck as if it was his own. VERY VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER. More

Short and Swet We went in on a Sunday afternoon. I bought a new car and traded in my old one. We were out of there in time for dinner. Extremely nice employees. E We went in on a Sunday afternoon. They made sure we were fed and we even got to watch the football game for a short time. No pressure. I would recommend Windward Ford to anyone. More
Poor Customer and Mechanic Service My headlights started to flicker on my 2003 Mercury Grand Marque, so I did some research and saw there was a recall addressing it. I called Windward F My headlights started to flicker on my 2003 Mercury Grand Marque, so I did some research and saw there was a recall addressing it. I called Windward Ford and scheduled an appointment for the recall. When I showed up they realized they don’t have the wiring harness in stock, and said they would call to schedule another appointment when it came in. When they brought my car around I noticed a panel on the passenger side floor board. The mechanic said they forgot to install it and to leave it there, so I did. When the part came in I dropped the car off again and they installed the wiring harness. I picked it up and drove it back to work. Later that night I went to turn on my headlights and noticed the headlights were still flickering. The mechanic failed to do a final test to check his work. I called Windward Ford to schedule another appointment to recheck the wiring. After I dropped it off they called me shortly after and said the wiring was good and if I wanted them to look any further they were going to charge me a diagnostic fee. I told them I would just pick it up. They called me 2 minutes later and said it could also be a faulty wiring harness and they would order a new one. When the new harness came in I dropped the car off a 4th time to have them re-install the harness. I also told them they never replaced that panel under the driver side dash, and they said they would look into it. When I picked the car up I drove back to work. When I pulled into my parking stall I heard a pop under the dash. I got out and looked under to find they never replaced the panel and they ran the wires next to the steering column, so when I turned the wheel it pulled one of the connections out. I also noticed they failed to used shrink tubes to cover some exposed wires. Overall, this was a horrible experience from the customer service acting like they didn’t have enough time to work on my car to the poor maintenance performed. More
