Last month I bought a 2018 Ford Fieata ST and it has been a NIGHTMARE!! Not only did I have to wait TWO WEEKS after signing for the car to actually be able to take the car home because it had airbag lights o a NIGHTMARE!! Not only did I have to wait TWO WEEKS after signing for the car to actually be able to take the car home because it had airbag lights on and couldn't g see the part. They took their sweet time paying off my car loan for the car I traded in. On top of that it didn't have registration, safety, or recon. They had to strip the tint on my car that it had when they sold it to me for it to be legal and then refused to retint it. The BEST part is that the check engine light came on less than 24 hours after I was able to take the car home. It's now back in the shop and has been there since Tuesday and still hasnt passed recon or safety. Don is hands down the absolute slowest person to go through finance with. Save yourself the time and go to the other Ford dealerships on island. More

Excellent service from JR and the car techs at Windward Ford They found my vacuum leak and a intermittent bad ignition coil on #5 cylinder causing rough idle and bad gas mileage. Returning when parts come in fo They found my vacuum leak and a intermittent bad ignition coil on #5 cylinder causing rough idle and bad gas mileage. Returning when parts come in for my 19 yr. Ford Escape, getting new spark plugs, & ignition coils. Should run like new again. JR Serna gave us VERY GOOD customer service letting us know what our options were. More
