I bought a used FORD F150 "as is" and had problems almost immediately. The check engine light came on and the Truck would not accept fuel without clicking off numerous times. Originally, Windard Ford attempt immediately. The check engine light came on and the Truck would not accept fuel without clicking off numerous times. Originally, Windard Ford attempted to complete the reuqired service but although I paid full price, the problem remained. I brought it back and explained to management that the problem remained and not only that, the original detail work that they did on the interior looked terribe. Windward Ford took a while to get it right byt the Re-detailed my vehicle and fixed the original problem at no ost and now my truck looks great and runs well. Kalihi, numerous calls to Service Agents; Service Manager, resulted in no response or feedback to the Spring situation. Kalihi told to Text Picture at Phone they advised but no feedback. Granted, I did not by my Ford Explorer there, but glad I bought it at Windward Ford. I would do it again! More
