My sales person was Joshua Neilson Willis, and my finance officer was Brian Wong. Both was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. The only thing I didn't like was the extra fee finance officer was Brian Wong. Both was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. The people who set up the appointment, checked me in, serviced my car, went over the service completed, and completed my payment were friendly and professional. When I arrived, there was a tow truck i serviced my car, went over the service completed, and completed my payment were friendly and professional. When I arrived, there was a tow truck in the drive, but a man sitting at the entrance waved me through, and although there was some navigating to do with drivers and vehicles and the tow truck, the staff handled it all with grace and patience. I took my truck in for recalls and was impressed that the service manager could see on her system all the recalls that were needed, even one I didn’t know about. The only problem was some confusion about whe service manager could see on her system all the recalls that were needed, even one I didn’t know about. The only problem was some confusion about when my truck would be done, but she communicated pretty closely with me, and it was all done in 1 day.
