Windward Ford has probably been the worst dealership I have been to. I bought a 24 Ranger Lariat back in September of last year and the external run window moldings had some cuts and marks. We both agreed that the Dealer would replace the run window moldings at a later date when parts were available. It is the end of March and the parts are apparently available with the Manager stating that he was saving me the last one that came in. This is after getting the run around since the purchase of the vehicle to inquire about the parts availability. I took the vehicle in today to get the parts installed and to address the two recent recalls (side airbags and trailer module reprogram) with an appointment for 9am. The service department closes at 530pm and I get no calls about the status of my vehicle. I had to call the sales department several times at 530pm to see what was going on, and finally they told me that they had an issue with one of the recalls but it should be done within the next ten minutes. They had to give the paperwork to the sales department because of the service department closing. After inspection, the headliner was installed correctly, but the headliner was dirty from installation. I could not inspect the work because nobody was there for me to point them out and all the lights were off outside because of the service department being closed. Really disappointed in the communication and the overall work associated with the recalls. At least clean up the mess that was made from the work, but now I will have to spend more of my time to clean the truck and hopefully the stains will come off of the headliner. Serious communication issues and customer service is abysmal. The Managers are never there and when you talk to someone, they pawn you off to a different department and then back to the same one until you get frustrated enough to hang the phone up. The person that was helping you out the most will mysteriously quit which will lead to starting over again with the issue you want them to fix. They don’t care about cleanliness after a service and you are left with a dirtier vehicle after the service. More

Since purchasing my Ranger in 2023, I've turned to this dealer ship to service my vehicle on a routine basis. They're in my neighborhood so its very easy and convenient. I select when I want to bring it in. I drop it off at their service counter to a friendly and professional staff. They tell me the time for the work and call me typically when they predicted. Lots of choices for coffee, breakfast, or lunch within walking distance of the dealer here in Kailua town. Good service, convenient, and easy. What more do you want? More

recently took my Mach-E in for service at Windward Ford, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. My service consultant, Marina, was absolutely fantastic. Setting up the appointment was incredi and the experience was seamless from start to finish. My service consultant, Marina, was absolutely fantastic. Setting up the appointment was incredibly easy, and she managed to get me a 7:30 AM slot, which allowed me to drop off my car and still get to work on time. Marina greeted me with a smile and was so pleasant to work with. She even gave me a direct cell number in case I needed to reach her. I loved the transparency of the process—I received a text link immediately after drop-off that let me track my car’s progress in real-time. Marina also personally called me twice to keep me updated on the status. To top it off, she was incredibly flexible with my pickup. When I worried about the 4:30 PM deadline, she let me know she’d be there until 5:00 PM just to make sure I could get my car. Being able to communicate my arrival time through the tracking link was the cherry on top. This was hands-down the easiest service experience I’ve ever had! More
