I've gotten 2 texts from Windward Ford asking for a review... welp. Here you go! Although I have names, dates, and conversations miticulously documented, I'll omit them for ease of reading. We b review... welp. Here you go! Although I have names, dates, and conversations miticulously documented, I'll omit them for ease of reading. We bought a brand new 2023 Bronco. Nearly 100K out the door (91K). The roof rack was damaged, and we called the DAY we brought it home. Long story short, nearly a YEAR later, countless phone calls with a multitude of people here, and it is still not fixed. Most recently, following up yet again, we informed them we are moving islands and that this needs to happen now, not getting this handled wss no longer acceptable. Our ability for offering patience was now LONG gone. They knew the time frame we were leaving, The exact date actually. Over a months time containing many follow up calls and promises of a call back from enployees and managers alike (never received); we finally got a call a few days before it's shipping date...they call to schedule the repair... for the day it's going off island. To say we are disgusted with this place is a VAST understatement. I am now on Kauai with a still damaged vehicle, and other warranty work that was supposed to happen at the same time as the rack. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. More
