I can't say enough kind and appreciative words with regards to my experience with Dora my sales associate. Patience, professionalism, and willingness to help me walk out the door with a purchase I knew I had made on my own terms and she was just there to facilitate the experience. I don't have a single negative thing to say. Pressure free decision, and as long as Dora is there I'd happily come back for another vehicle with Windward Ford. Also, shout out to the service manager for actually taking time out of his schedule to explain some features about my car and the warranty expectations. Really helpful for immediate decisions I made and long term scenarios you just have to prepare for appropriately. Thanks to everyone at Windward Ford, especially Dora! More
