The only reason I didn't give 5 stars has to do with price for changing oil and the seeming lack of transparency on cost when making a reservation for service. Specifically, there was no indication of how much my oil change would cost until my car was being checked in. I brought my truck to Windward Ford because of the exceptional service of the people who run the department, but what could keep me from coming back is managements strategy regarding "transparency of cost."
